IGM 2021 Assignment 1 - Static Scene with 50+ game objects

I came up with this idea after seeing various fashion statements on social media and one stuck out to me: decora kei. For my first IGM assignment, I wanted to create as much chaos as possible.

Although this is merely a static scene, I have a few ideas cooked up on how I can process this into a playable game.
